Bearing, seal and o-ring part kits as well as wear part replacements
including accelerators, feed zone liners, tiles, feed cone inserts and feed tubes

We use >93.0 Rockwell A hardness tungsten carbide for our tiles which is of
higher quality then any other tile in the market.
The tile holder are made of 17-4ph stainless steel with a minimum chrome content of 17% for maximum corrosion resistance
EXTENDED LIFE EXPECTANCY AT LOWER COST
We are constantly looking for options and new technologies
to increase the life expectancy and performance of parts and equipment.
We are currently testing special coated wear parts in a high grit content sewage application.
The coating used is expected to increase the life expectancy in the
application by 40% over the standard carbide coating.
The coating material is of higher quality then the standard carbide,
however cheaper and easier to apply.
When the coating is worn to minimum specification, the part is cleaned
in a special process and the protective coating applied again.
Replacing the protective coating instead of a part lowers your parts cost.
